These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and zs999i ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://zs999i.cam.
By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using the services offered by zs999i, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and must not register an account.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register an Account or use any Services on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where this cannot be satisfactorily established.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances. This restriction applies regardless of the device, IP address, payment method or identity document used.
If you have previously self-excluded from the Platform or from another gambling operator within the same network, you are prohibited from re-registering. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You undertake to update this information promptly whenever it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Account Balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Once a currency is selected and a first deposit made, the account currency may not be changed without contacting support. We are not liable for currency conversion losses where payments are made through third-party providers.
We may require identity verification at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal, when a high-value deposit is made, when activity triggers AML screening, or where required by applicable regulatory obligations. Failure to complete KYC may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Uploading fraudulent documentation is a serious breach of these Terms, grounds for permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance, and may constitute a criminal offence. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the live cashier within your Account. Available methods may change without advance notice. References to familiar Pakistani payment channels — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — on this Platform are for contextual reference only. These providers do not endorse or support gambling on this Platform. Users must independently verify whether using a specific payment service for gaming is permitted under that provider's own terms of service.
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the live cashier and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account verified as belonging to you. The Platform reserves the right to require KYC completion before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are shown in the cashier and are subject to payment provider timelines outside our control.
We operate under applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation for high-value accounts or where transactions trigger AML screening criteria. Funds deposited to circumvent legal restrictions will be returned and the Account closed.
Promotional offers are subject to individual eligibility criteria specified at the time of the promotion. zs999i reserves the right to exclude any Account from a promotion where abuse, fraud or multi-accounting is suspected.
All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus at a 30× requirement means PKR 1,50,000 must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
While a bonus is active, a maximum single-round stake limit applies as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Exceeding this limit — whether intentionally or otherwise — may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms. Sports bets may have separate contribution rules from casino games.
Bonus Funds and any associated winnings expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and their winnings are forfeited.
zs999i monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using low-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, hedging bets across outcomes, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any play pattern inconsistent with legitimate recreational gaming. Where bonus abuse is identified, we reserve the right to void associated winnings and close the Account.
A Wager is accepted when confirmed on-screen. Until confirmation is received, the Wager has not been placed. The Platform is not liable for bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues, device failure or user error. It is your responsibility to verify that your Wager has been accepted before the event or game round commences.
Winning bets are settled and credited to your Account Balance in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or, for casino games, by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG). For sports events, results are based on the official outcome as published by the relevant sports authority — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket or the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international events. References to the PCB, ICC, PSL or any cricket or sports body are for contextual purposes only and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.
Bets may be voided at our discretion in cases of manifest errors in odds, event cancellation, technical failure affecting game integrity or where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the Account Balance as the original stake.
We reserve the right to decline, limit or reverse any Wager at our sole discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in error, at incorrectly displayed odds, or in breach of these Terms.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs999i, its directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services — including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, business interruption or loss of revenue.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the preceding 30-day period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it and your rights as a data subject. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We collect and process personal data solely for the purposes of operating your Account, fulfilling our KYC and AML obligations, providing customer support, and — with your consent — sending promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
zs999i reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal subject to completed KYC verification and these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where: you are in breach of these Terms; you have engaged in prohibited conduct; we have grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or underage gambling; we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; or we cease to operate the Platform.
On termination for cause, we reserve the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where termination is without cause, we will process your available real-money Balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs999i holds its applicable operating license, details of which are available on request. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
